Easy & Quick 2008

This software package has been created for designers who wish to specify the characteristics of concrete according to the european regulations currently in force or those that are soon to be adopted.
The package consists of two separate programs for the development of prescriptions for concrete: the first takes account of the current european regulations (ENV-206) and the corresponding regulation UNI 9858; the second program makes reference to the Guidelines of the Ministry of Public Works (LL.PP.), based on the drafts for the new european regulations EN-206 on structural concretes.
Both of the programs lead to the drawing up of a prescription for concrete to meet the specifications of a concrete: strength class (R_ck); exposure class (durability); consistency class (workability); type and class of cement; type and maximum diameter of the aggregates;  method of setting (compactification) and curing.
The software also allows one to specify concretes according to other requirements such as resistance to traction, resistance to flexion, resistance to compression by the demoulding of cables, and impermeability.

(Computerized Mix Design)

This software package is designed for producers of concrete (ready-mix producers, precast-concrete producers, enterprises) who wish to optimize the recipes and performances of concrete according to the european regulations currently in force or those that are soon to be adopted.
The package allows the development of the mix-design of concrete using the criteria for durability required by european regulation EN-206. Thus, is used in the calculation of the "recipe", of the curva granulometrica, and of the correction to the water in the paste to take into account the humidity of the aggregates, according to the specifications of the concrete requested (R_ck, workability, etc.).
One of the useful features for ready-mic producers is the ability to program the loss of workability (according to the seasonal conditions, and the anticipated transport time) and how to prepare it to a suitable recipe for the type of cement chosen and the relative dose, for the type and the dose of plasticizer or superplasticizer. 
For prefabricated concretes it is possible to optimize the vapour cycle in terms of the precuring at ambient temperature, of the rate of heating, of the maximum temperature of the regime, and of the class of cement chosen.
The program contains some tens of millions of recipes according to the specifications requested (R_ck, durability, impermeability, resistance to traction and flexion, resistance to brief curing and climatic conditions, workability and loss of workability) and to the primary materials available: 150 cements, natural and crushed aggregates with maximum diameter between 8 and 150 mm, and additives (accelerators, retarders, water-reducers, air-entraining agents) at various doses.
